Important: Self-Exclusion is Binding

Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be lifted early regardless of the reason. This is a deliberate design feature — it ensures that a moment of impulsive reversal does not undo a decision you made for your own wellbeing. If you contact us during an active exclusion period requesting reinstatement, we will decline and provide you with responsible gaming support resources instead. After a self-exclusion period expires naturally, a mandatory 24-hour cooling period applies before access is restored.
