Terms & Conditions — jidbaji

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" Refers to the jidbaji website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services operated under the jidbaji brand.
• "We / Us / Our" Refers to jidbaji and its operating entity, including all personnel, contractors, and representatives acting on its behalf.
• "You / User / Player" Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jidbaji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" The personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the jidbaji platform, used to place wagers, manage funds, and access platform features.
• "Wager / Bet" Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other game of chance or skill offered through jidbaji.
• "Balance" The total of real-money funds held in a User's jidbaji Account, including deposited funds and any confirmed winnings, minus withdrawals and settled losses.
• "Bonus Funds" Credits awarded to a User as part of a promotional offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Balance unless specific conversion conditions are met.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that jidbaji may require a User to complete before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Taka / ৳ / BDT" Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh. All financial amounts on jidbaji are denominated in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing or using the jidbaji platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jidbaji. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jidbaji. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

jidbaji is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, make deposits, place wagers, or use any feature of the platform. By completing registration, you expressly confirm that you meet this age requirement.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to lawfully use jidbaji:

• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jidbaji or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of use.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent self-exclusion on jidbaji that remains active.

We take underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a User is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned via the original payment method after deducting any bonus amounts already credited.

To access real-money betting and casino features on jidbaji, you must create a personal Account. Registration is free of charge and available to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 3.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. jidbaji relies on the details you supply to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable obligations. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

jidbaji reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its discretion, including where a User is found to have provided inaccurate information, violated these Terms, or poses a risk of fraud or harm to the platform or other users.

jidbaji supports a range of payment methods popular with Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jidbaji Balance almost instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the processing time of your bank.
• jidbaji does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-fraud best practices.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed same-day for fully verified Accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawing amounts above ৳10,000 until the required documents are submitted and approved.
• jidbaji reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may extend processing times in exceptional cases.

jidbaji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and residency requirements — are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are awarded as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Standard wagering requirements on jidbaji welcome bonuses are stated on the promotions page. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified; unused bonus amounts will expire automatically thereafter.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion.
• jidbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not prejudice any player who has already commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or use of prohibited software — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

All games and betting markets available on jidbaji are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant information page. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Applicable limits are displayed within the game interface at the time of placing a wager.
• All cricket betting markets — including pre-match, in-play, and tournament markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active wager, jidbaji's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final and binding. The platform shall apply a fair resolution policy based on the state of the game at the point of interruption.
• Winnings from all games are subject to the platform's maximum payout limits, which may apply per round, per day, or per event as specified in the game rules.
• jidbaji uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own game rules and dispute resolution procedures apply alongside these Terms.
• Void bets will be returned to the player's Balance as real-money funds in full, without any deduction.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on jidbaji. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud jidbaji or other players through manipulation of game outcomes, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or false identity.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, bonus restrictions, or other platform policies.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a way that is not driven by a human User in real time.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets to generate risk-free profit in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using jidbaji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme or other illegal financial activity.
• Underage Use: Accessing or attempting to access jidbaji if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Abuse of Support Staff: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jidbaji customer support agents or other players.

All content on the jidbaji platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, page layouts, graphics, colour schemes, text copy, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of jidbaji or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any jidbaji content without prior written consent.
• Use the jidbaji name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing not expressly authorised by jidbaji.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed the jidbaji platform or any portion of it within another website or application without written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing agreements.

jidbaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform stability, uptime, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jidbaji shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of winnings, or financial losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds or game payouts resulting from manifest technical errors, which jidbaji reserves the right to correct after the fact.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the platform that contains typographical or factual errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of jidbaji.

jidbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity connected to the Account.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity — an Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative review.
• At the Account holder's own request, including requests for permanent self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., closure not resulting from a breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the most recent qualifying payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account or activate a self-exclusion period should contact the jidbaji support team at support@jidbaji with the request clearly stated in the message subject line. We will process all voluntary closure requests promptly.

jidbaji reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a material change is made.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. However, it is your responsibility as a User to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

By continuing to use jidbaji after any revision to these Terms, you confirm your acceptance of the updated document in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.
